When I heard about the release of Unchained I had a small scale heart attack from all the hype and fond memories I had of AA as they came rushing into my brain. With that said Gamigo you have REALLY dropped the ball. Anyone who plays MMO's know that rough launches are common and expected, but this is a bit much. From the number of preorders alone, you all should of realized that you needed to upgrade your hardware. It's much better for the community to have three somewhat "mega servers" with larger player populations then to close the three populated servers and force everyone who didn't get lucky with those crazy queue times into other catch-all servers that will eventually die after the "new game hype" dies down. I have friends that have spent $50 dollars (which is a lot of money to a lot of people) and can not even play with their friends let alone even get in the game. In the back of my head I have a creeping suspicion that they're very well aware that eventually Runert and Kaylin are going to die out and then they just get to bank on character transfer purchases. This whole situation is a giant smack in the face to a lot of people that have been trying to support your game. Upgrade your hardware, and stop keeping players in the dark. And before all the Gamigo bootlickers come crawling out of the woodwork calling me whatever name they can come up with, I am a loyal paying customer expressing my dissatisfaction with their product and my opinion is just as warranted as any of your opinions. This is just bad business and a lot of it could of been avoided if a handful of people did their jobs better and that is a fact.
