Did these get taken out or just not in the PTS?

So I hopped on AA and noticed the daily hunt signs and got mount gear at level 8, and the arrows were at my feet. On the AA:U PTS servers at level 30 I dont have arrows at my feet, I didn't see a single hunt sign, and I sure as hell don't have any gear for my mounts. lol Now I'm just guessing here, but did the daily hunt signs get replaced with the Archpass? I know most people will just rush green quests but some of us like doing all those random yellow quests as we go along our way. Are these things simply not in the PTS at this time and will be at launch or is it part of the change from AA to AA:U?
