What parts of the Unofficial Arcanum Patch should be installed?

The first time I installed the patch, I chose everything but the Beta Content, but I reinstalled the game to hopefully fix an issue (it didn't fix it) and now I'm questioning what parts of the UAP I should have installed as a newcomer. There's obviously the bug fixes and High Resolution Patch, but also the beta content and miscellaneous mods.

Although, no matter what I try, the game will still run between 4-5fps and 25fps at random. The cursor is hard to move, unless I adjust the DPI in my mouse settings, but it's still pretty janky.
