Need help with a Ms. Pacman machine

Post Body

I was recently asked to take a look at a Ms. Pacman machine that received 12 inches of water damage (to the base of the unit) and it powers on and the sounds works perfectly but the CRT only shows black. The power unit on the floor is completely corroded and rusted due to the water damage.

Here are some photos of the internals:

Where should I even begin? I used to be an Air Force radar systems technician so reading schematics and doing board level repair isn't new to me, I just have no clue other than the obvious terrible transformers and fuses at the bottom that is essentially a fire hazard now. The rest of the components visually look fine, but I am not sure where to start.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated since I am going over to look at it on Saturday.
