Neighbor says this tree is dying and needs to come down.

Looking for a second opinion. Really like this tree and would hate to spend money to take it down. It borders his property but I suspect that he’s tired of the leaf clean up from it.

Tell him to get over it and LEAVE THE LEAVES. You’re actually not supposed to clean up the leaves - from an ecological and “how it’s meant to be” standpoint, the leaves are a huge benefit to the environment. He can go shove some leaves up his rear end. In fact, I’d make sure to blow all of them from your property onto his.
