Hi there!
My parents have a magnolia tree that has been growing perfectly fine for many years, but over the years my mother has suspected there has been foul play from the neighbour doing things to their trees, e.g harming of branches and bark, strange “bubbling” in the soil and out of the trees. I’ve helped them install some cameras but have yet to record anything damning that I’m aware of.
At best I have some historical photos, and a few recent photo of the specific tree in question. The city apparently has deemed the magnolia to be cut down- but to me it seems like it is still growing?
Please let me know your opinions on the tree or any advice on how to identify foul play.
Thank you!
