Building owner next door made cuts into a tree that I’m not sure who owns it. I’m concerned that the tree won’t recover from the deeper cut and will fall, hurting a tenant or their property (on my family’s side).

There are a couple cuts - the deeper of the two appears to show the tree seeping from it (last picture).
