Snow Fountain (Cherry)

We bought and planted this tree in Sept 2023. We live in South East Pennsylvania. It seemed to survive the winter and in spring grew it's leaves and had blossoms. About 2 weeks ago it just turned brown on us seemingly overnight. We've had a good chunk of rain but it did get really cold a few nights late April. Is it dead? Is there anything I can do to bring it back?
