Odorless drips falling off Coast Live Oak
Post Body

Hello, this oak in my backyard has been dripping odorless black stuff for a month at least, my research says it could be "slime flux", but my real question is: is this a problem? Will it just solve itself as the weather dries out? It has been a very rainy season in SoCal. The tree is absolutely massive, and removal would be a massive pain in the ass, and I don't want to see this thing die. It's much older than i am. Thanks any advice appreciated
