Risk of Falling - Guidance

Hi everyone,
Would really appreciate some guidance regarding a tree in our garden. Its a beautiful silver birch, but we have concerns about it eventually falling over and damaging neighbours property. We're based in the south of the UK, and we can get strong winds, but basically, I would like to know... does anybody know the relative risk of a tree such as this falling down?
