What are some of the best tips to keep mature trees thriving?
Post Body
I live in east-central Florida and I have 2 mature oaks which are the only shade trees I have. They have been lifted a little too much by the previous owners but other than that they are doing ok (from what I can tell as a layperson).
What would be some awesome things I can do to keep them happy? Last fall I had them trimmed (not lifted) by professionals to shape them a bit for hurricane season. This spring I used some BioAdvanced Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed, but can I do better?
