Does Off Season or Monster Season introduce any new main characters?

Now that Zoku Owarimonogatari's anime adaptation is finished, I'd guess we're moving onto the other seasons I have heard about in passing.
I'm just wondering, will there be any new main characters introduced in one of the upcoming arcs? I feel like his graduation is a good opportunity to decentralise the focus on Araragi's high school friends, and transition to some fresh faces. I also know that Araragi goes to University in Monster Season, so does he get a new group of people to interact with?
