I was just wondering if anybody had any issues when they’ve purchased directly from ballistic homes? Specifically returning a barrel and their restocking fee. Especially when I canceled the order, less than 10 minutes after completing the purchase. I got a message from their customer service within five minutes of me canceling saying they couldn’t cancel it because the order had already shipped. I’m scratching ahead “seriously? You shipped a barrel within five minutes of transaction being being made? Impossible.” so I’m just wondering if anybody has had any issues similar. Unfortunately, due to the July 4 weekend, I can’t speak to anybody directly at BA
