Typically run my 13.7 but I missed having a 12.5 (had one a few years ago).
Threw this together with a Criterion Core 12.5 barrel and Hodge pinch lock 11.5 rail. Ended up being heavier than my 13.7 😂 but it shoots great. The Hodge rail is thicc, and the barrel nut is heavy but solid. The core barrel is gassed pretty well, the port measured at .066. I didn’t get gassed out with a superlative arms block at 4.5 turns/18 clicks with some rapid fire. Debating if I even need it but more to follow, I’ve put around 240 rounds through it so far.
Also no tactical maraca yet on my Sierra 5. Sitting at a little over 2k rounds through it.
