Good Afternoon-

I currently have a colt 6920 with a few modifications but I always want to get a smaller upper to play with and for using as a jeep gun of road. Also, I want to get a upper with more accuracy/longer shooting for coyote hunting. So my thoughts were picking up a few uppers and use my 6920 lower.

Not sure how short is to short for a short barrel? So many options but was looking at something from PSA. At some point is it just way to loud and not accurate at. Keep it at 556. Was thinking of buying a complete AR pistol but I think they have been outlawed or folding stocks have been so didn’t see need for complete gun

Then for a long shooter was thinking 6.5 Grendel or somthing else and wasn’t sure if 18 vs 20 makes a big difference. Maybe better to get a dedicated bolt gun.

Not looking at spending a ton of money. Was thinking something from PSA.

Maybe there is more to it then simply using my current lower ?
