Fish stock for 1050 Liters Africa Aquarium

Post Body

Hello guys i did a fish list i would like to add to an Aquarium. Cant tell when i actually will buy it but i like to plan beforehand.

The aquarium will have 1050 Liters (277 gallons) and a measurement of 150x100x70 cm (4,9'x3,28'x2,29'). Of course there will be a lid on it because some fish from the list are a bit jumpy as far as i'm aware of.

So i planned on adding: 2 Ctenopoma acutirostre 5 Pantodon buchholzi 20 Phenacogrammus interruptus (not sure yet which colorization) 5 Gnathonemus petersii 2 Paratilapia polleni 10 Tetraodon schoutedeni 5 Ereptoichthys calabaricus 5 Hemichromis stellifer "Gabun" 2 Synodontis eupterus And maybe a pair or two Steatocranus casuarius

I dont really know if its overstocked, it sounds like it but i cant really imagine an aquarium 3 times as big as our biggest right now. So any tips are welcome.

Whole thing should be exclusively africa based. I know Paratilapia pollen is from Madagascar but most of the plants i want to add are too. And i think that shouldn't be a problem but im happy to learn.

If you have any tips for decoration from africa leave it in the comments too. I think i'll add african hardwood, sea almond leafs/bark, Casuarina cones and I would like to add something like Talawawood but since it is from Asia im searching for somrthing similar from Africa. Also i don't know which stones are from Africa.

I know i probablly won't be able to keep it 100% african but i want to keep it african as much as i can.

Thanks for reading.
