Watagua residential is it worth it? Talk me into it or out of it

I just got notified we were accepted into watagua residential program. Is it worth it? What are the big reasons to do it?
Does it isolate you from the rest of the school?
Are the dorms a step up?
Really just applied to try for scholarships and because it maybe seemed cool for someone who is a little bit introverted.
