Video editing app that lets me hear the video while i record

I'm aware that thats a strange request but im looking for a mobile video editing app that lets me listen to the audio of the video that im making while im recording my own voice over it. I run an Instagram account where i make song covers and its really hard with the current video editing app i use (i use youcut btw). So if anyone knows an app that fits the description of what im looking for, that would really make my life easier THANK YOU
