I think there's a spirit in my room? Although my cat isn't acting weird and sleeps with me almost every night. I've done extensive cleansing rituals and it could be my forgetfulness but ill go back into my room and one of my lights will be turned off. There's definitely always been a spirit if not more in my house, but it usually lurks in my moms room (she's more sensitive to that stuff). But after a spell the other day activity has been more prominent. I don't think it's anything negative, cuz cats can sense that stuff I think. But she's reallt protective of me and sleeps right next to me all night.

My mom also has intense waves of anger and negativity, it's very common in my household to get yelled at over minor things like a dish left in the sink. Do you think spirits are being attracted to her negativity?
