I tried to play repairman, and now my dryer spins way too fast

Post Body

I have a Maytag stacked unit, LSG786aae. A few days ago I tried to dry a feather pillow, and it was a disaster. The pillow exploded and there were feathers and feathered dust absolutely everywhere.

It's pretty easy to take off the front panel of the dryer, so I did that and vacuumed and wiped down everything that I could. I did not disconnect any wires at all.

Now, when I start the dryer it works, but spins at double what the normal speed should be. I did use the vacuum on the little pulley, but otherwise didn't touch it.

Any possible ideas what it could be? Is it possible I moved a wire and that is what's causing it?
