Intermittent Heat While Drying
Post Body

Hi guys! brand new guy here, had no idea a sub like this existed! A little help would be highly appreciated.

We've got a Samsung Washer/Dryer combo (model WD15F5K5ASR) that will spit out the clothes still wet and cold. A few hints for the troublehooting (this gets interesting)

*The dryer is rated 8 Kg. Whenever you have a load that is around 4-5 kg the clothes will come out cold and wet, however at the beginning of the cycle you would feel the heater of the dryer coming up. An hour later, everything will be cold. The dryer will still go through the 5-hour drying cycle.

*If you use a small load (say a couple of towels) they would come out bone dry after about an hour of drying. They feel hot also.

Why would the heater shut off at one point of the drying cycle? has anyone faced this before?

Your advice will be super helpful to me! thank you!
