So this dryer is used by renters and I'd rather not have it down, or turn this into a number of visits & conversations with them. Keep it simple.
The belt went, and I assumed it had been aged and overloaded and that was it. But on listening to it run having replaced the belt, there's definite bearings going/gone. Something turning fairly fast, so not the pricey "Main" rear drum bearing... the belt idler and the drum rollers seem where to start.
I'm surprised Google can't find me a site showing OE part numbers, so that I can at least search out a photo of OEM and/or find proper cross reference via number. I'm an automotive parts guy by trade, so that's my "normal".
I looked at 592 series dryers for sale used and there are control changes, color variations, so that gives me a bit of doubt the insides are all identical...? but I only need the two most common things... and my limited experience with appliances says there is remarkable interchange across years of manufacture and often across brandings that market the same unit.
I see belt tensioners with the wheel having a guide on one side, which by memory is what I have. And some have guides on both sides. Can they interchange?

About the drum support rollers, they seem to come in a couple styles...one seems dominant and I'm not sure if maybe they are all the same just some have the bolt included and shown in place.
