Whirlpool dishwasher

So I’ve been having issues with my dishwasher now washer good. I replaced the diverter and still doing the same thing. I finally bypassed the door switch and I can see that the spray bars aren’t spinning at all. I have a clean filter screen. My question before I replace the circ pump. Could the circ pump just be running less pressure? It’s like a $300 circ pump and would like to hear what other say. Thanks.
