Converting side by side to dual freezer

I have a Samsung side by side in the garage.
The fridge side died a few years ago but the freezer side works fine. The freezer side is about -10F while the fridge side is about 50F even in the summer when the garage is about 100F
I only use the fridge side for non perishables like water and Soda. The freezer side is packed.
Is there any way to convert it so that the fridge side is as cold as the freezer side?
