Deep Freezer No Longer Getting Cold

I have a 2.5 year old deep freezer that is no longer getting cold. I replaced the starter with a 3 in 1 Hard Start Kit and am still having the same issues. The compressor rattles and then hums but never seems to work. It also gets extremely hot. Any thoughts?
