App to stream random internet movie?

I’m looking for an app to stream something just random on the internet.
Background: I desperately want to watch the 80s version of Anne of Green Gables with Megan Follows. I can’t find it to stream anywhere on normal streaming platforms. I can’t even rent it on Amazon. Only option is to buy the dvd.
I feel like I’d have a better chance of finding it on a random illegal site. So, any ideas?
