Hi everyone, I have a weird question that I wonder if anyone knows the answer to here.

I'm currently traveling in Europe and looking to temporarily upgrade a TV that doesn't have smart functionality while I'm here. My question is if I can take the european bought apple tv device with me and use it stateside when I go back or if there are any app store/format restrictions on the box that prevent this.

I know this used to be the case for older tech hardware and/or if you had the wrong country's app store on devices it would cause issues when moving borders at least when I've dealt with android devices. But didn't know if it applies to the apple tv box.
