How to disconnect account?

Went through a rough breakup, she is using my appletv (I left it, just needed to get out and accept losses) but how can I disconnect that appletv from my account. I keep seeing her shows popped up as recently watched and it’s all under my account so it’s just a reminder and would like for that to end.
