I don't have the particulars of my MacBook Pro model, since I'm at work, but I got it last June-ish, right before they ditched the Touch Bar. Anyway, here's the important part: I have 8GB of RAM and I keep getting pestered to close a program I only have three things open: Chrome, Discord and Finder. But the amount of RAM the three things are taking up is but a pittance compared to all the RAM I have. What can I do to get the task manager to stop bugging me?
Yes, I've looked into ways to curb Chrome's memory usage and no, I like using Chrome and am not interested in switching.
Buy a new MacBook lol.
