Hey all, I'm really needing some help getting my phone running again. I was attempting to upload a video for a project on my phone to the Cloud, and suddenly it just stopped working, and is now stuck in a loop with the Apple logo. I attempted to hard reset a few times, and at one point the lock screen came up, but then it acted like the battery was dead (little wheel) and then went straight back into a loop. I'm really needing this video as it's for work, but it's more important that I get my phone running again. I really appreciate the help. Thank you.
