I somehow managed to forget my password for my macbook overnight, so I'm trying to reset it, but I don't remember my Apple ID password. However, when I try to reset that, it seems like the only way to do it is using MFA from my iPhone or putting in my iPhone's passcode... but I haven't used an iPhone in over 5 years! Is there any way to reset my password using my security questions (like every other service in the world), or do I really need to go through the process on iforgot.apple.com that says it takes several days??
