iTunes won’t recognize my iPhone, but will recognize my wife’s and others

I am trying to back up my phone to iTunes. I have done this before on this same computer. All drives are updated, the USB port works, iTunes is updated, the lighting cable works. My wife’s phone (same model and bought at the same time) connects, iTunes recognizes it and I can back up her phone. When I plug in my phone, iTunes won’t recognize it. I can take photos off my phone using a different drive, but nothing with iTunes. I have also reset my location to ensure my computer TRUST my phone. Reddit please help!
