I really want to disable my iTunes before it charges my credit card but I am locked out of my Apple ID. Whenever i try to log in to my old one, it says the apple id is not active.
I have been setting this problem aside for months till now, and starting to feel anxious so please if you know how to help, comment below.
(The device in question, is a MacBook Air 2017)
