Hello, I’ve had an iPad Pro for a while it was starting to have problems, the power and volume buttons and camera weren’t working as the whole top right area was “paralyzed”, but I stopped using it for a couple months as I used my laptop more, a few days ago I tried to start it, and when I plug it in the wall it resets many times then takes me to the iTunes restore (video) as I disconnect it from wall and try to plug it in my laptop it dose to boot at all. I don’t remember the last OS on this device. I don’t care about losing and files etc. but I would like it to work, this iPad has many problems, and I don’t expect it to work properly, but it’s worth a try... Thanks, have a good day.
