Cmd-V seems to no longer work on my MacBook.

Option Cmd V works no problem, but when I try to rebind paste to Cmd V in my code editor, it doesn't detect it. It reads Cmd and V perfectly fine separately. Or if I add another modifier with it it works.

Keribener Elements can detect the Cmd V. And before someone says anything about that I shut it down and I still have the problem.

It doesn't work with and Cmd key. Neither of the two on my external keyboard nor the two on the MacBook itself. Doesn't work with or without the keyboard plugged in.

I don't know what could have triggered this. I was messing around with the resolution of my secondary monitor, and then I go back to development, and all of a sudden, my paste no longer works. I don't know how they could be related.

Hitting Cmd-C highlights the edit menu, hitting Cmd V doesn't. If I go into the edit menu, Cmd V still says it's bound to Paste.

I'm wondering, is it possible I accidentally turned on a setting that overrides the Cmd-V keybinding?
