New iPhone. Restored from iTunes backup. Files missing

Afternoon all,

Hope someone may have an idea on what’s happened.

Picked up an iPhone XR yesterday. Backed up my iPhone X to my laptop as I usually do.

Setup the new phone with the latest backup from my laptop. Everything worked apart from my files saved in the files app, under the numbers folder.

They all seem to have gone missing. Nowhere on the iPhone and not backed up to my iCloud. Seem to all have been deleted.

I’ve tried restoring the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the numbers app to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.
