My iPhone 8 has been stuck in a booting screen from the Telugu bug

My iPhone 8 is stuck booting and vibrating after i received the Telugu bug via snapchat.I tried updating the iOS but i always get an error (1667) as well as when i try to restore it. If you have any idea about what i should do it would be greatly appreciated! P.S ( I work at a mac repair shop so I've tried the most basic ways of fixing it apart from just taking it apart and buying a new logic board, but I'm really starting to contemplate it.)
