Password reset.

So we forgot our account password and don't have the CC that is linked to that account. I sent in for a password reset four or five times now and still haven't heard a thing back. The last time I did it was about 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know a way to get into my account. I cant update or download any apps to my phones because of this problem.
