I need help with my MacBook

Okay so yesterday I was going through my mac's files, trying to slim down on used memory when I realized it came with a bunch of stuff I don't use, like foreign languages and wallpapers. I find this folder full of fonts I don't use, which I checked using the "Last Opened" tab. So I deleted a whole bunch of shit and now Finder isn't working properly and the system doesn't seem to want to boot up at all after restarting it. I'm essentially locked out of my computer. Any suggestions?
