Request about using Finder preview for video DJing
Post Body

I'm using OS X 10.9.5 with a 2014 13in pro 128gb at the moment, where I live I don't currently have internet to update.

I have been using the preview function on Finder to view some videos I've been making and cut between them to make some visuals for music. When I switch between the clips using the arrows on the preview, it keeps playing from the point you skipped the video from, it doesn't start again. This is a great feature for VJing (video DJing), and I hope to use it at a party this Friday where I'll be VJing.

However, I can't preview clips full screen on preview and still skip between videos, which messes with my video. Is it possible to still be able to skip between clips and fullscreen the preview function?

Alternatively, could I get an app that would enable me to only project a section of my screen with a projector or use the projector as a second screen? Then I could drag the preview into that section or separate screen and just skip between videos while still having access to my folder of videos, which would be great.

I really enjoy the ease of access (and the fact that it's free) of this preview function, and it runs really smoothly. I've tried some VJing software, but it's not that great. Any help would be much appreciated.
