I was at the Apple Store expired AppleCare on iPhone 14 Pro (October 25th). rep, told me to call 800 # pick it Apple care up for a month so that I could do an exchange.

Been having a problem with iPhone 14 pro. Not getting a good signal. They ran it through its paces several times, and said it seems to be OK but the rep said it would probably be better to exchange. He would not do it. But he did say I could call Apple Care and pick up service even though it’s expired 60 days ago. Has anybody ever done this? He said that if it had AppleCare they would do an exchange.
