Is there a good, secure, email app for iOS that requires login/FaceID/touchID to open each time?

I’ve tried Outlook. I like that it require me to unlock it before use, but I don’t like that it that I need to open spam in order to report it, which I assume does another download of the images and beacons. (I don’t full understand the implementation of Apple’s handling of spam images.).
My motivation is to close down one hole in case my phone or iPad is stolen along with the passcode, while still allowing me access. If this is a dumb strategy, I’d appreciate that sort of explanation as well.
