So I run a maintenance company which uses ServiceM8. With this new IOS they released their support for the shortcuts as well. Now the idea being you can simply use Siri to save time and also be safer by having her read out the next job/client details etc while driving to the job, or simply check in and out of jobs. Only problem is, to use the shortcut you have to unlock your iPhone first. This seems to completely defy the point of being able to use her as a shortcut if I have to always unlock my phone first. Is this something that could be changed?
