A few questions from an ecosystem noob

Hello, I‘m new to the Apple universe and have some questions. I own an iPad, iPhone and AirPods.

  • Is it possible to copy a link on my iPhone and paste it on my iPad and viceversa ? Because I thought it is but it doesn’t work for me.

  • Is it possible to switch sound input to my AirPods from iPhone to iPad without having to connect them in the settings ? They just stay connected to the most recent device they were used with.

  • How well are custom keyboards integrated in iOS? I can‘t stand the fact that there is no dedicated emoji button rather than having it all in one.

  • If I use a Hotspot for my iPad do I have to activate it manually on my iPhone and then select it as an normal network on my iPad ? Because there appears to be another way that just gives me an error.
