So I'm thinking of buying an IPad Pro 10.5 for my everyday uni life. (This would be my first device made by Apple, hence the question) But I can't decide between the 64gb and the 256gb Version. The 256gb would cost me 100€ extra. And my budget is already used up by the IPad and the Pen.

But since I've never used iOS I don't know how much space your average user needs. I won't be doing much.

My idea was too rely on iCloud as backup storage if I really need more. I do have wifi almost everywhere I move, so up and dowloading wouldn't be a problem. But how well is iCloud integrated in the system? Can I just upload files and delete them locally if I currently don't need them ?
