I don't mind paying for an app, I'm just looking for something that isn't subscription based. Are there any good To Do List apps that offer some of the same functions the subscription based apps offer? Bonus if they offer a student discount 😬.

Some of the features I'm looking for are Categorization, NLP, Reminders, intuitive UI.

EDIT: I've decided to use the stock reminders through Fantastical. I already use Fantastical as my default calendar, and it seems to have good integration with the stock reminders app. I can create tasks with NLP through Fantastical and view my to-dos for each day along with my daily schedule. So, no need to buy another app, all-in-one calendar/reminders, and the features I wanted; win win win. I'm definitely considering the Fantastical desktop client now.
