my apple watch arrives today... how do I make the most of it?

My company offers a 200$/year budget for buying any kind of health gear. Workout videos, gym memberships, fitbits... and apparently apple watches! I had no idea this made the list until someone else was reimbursed for his. So I made the plunge for 100$ plus tax.
I didnt pay the apple watch much mind for a long time, and now I'm scanning through articles for best ofs/tips/etc.
What are your suggestions? I got the smaller version (I have pretty small wrists, even by female standards). I'm pretty excited!
