UNABLE TO INSTALL ANY APPS

Hi, I am on a appdb account and it says that I am able to install apps on my Apple TV using a free certificate. But I can't. When I press on "Install", it says: "to install apps on this device, you need to configure app installation method". I am then asked to pay a db PRO membership. Help please.
