If I have Apollo Ultra, should I also not be entitled to Pixel Pals Premium for free?

Don’t really care either way, I just noticed that the Pixel Pals app is pretty much identical to what’s inside of Apollo already.
Pixel Pals inside of Apollo is included in Apollo Ultra

No, different app with different features (primarily around Dynamic Island and widgets). If Apollo is identical for your purposes feel free to just keep using Apollo.
