Is anybody else having serious issues with the app?

For the past hour or so, my app isn’t responding to touch at all. I’ve restarted my phone and I’ve reinstalled the app, it’s just not working at all. I’m getting notifications from Apollo, but when I open it, no matter what I try to touch, it’s completely unresponsive. It seems to be loading new content for my front page because when I try to open it occasionally the posts I can see are different, but even then it still isn’t responding to touch.
